What to include

A few common reasons people write in, and what helps us answer faster:

• A correction. If an LRV, undertone, or brand code on a review looks wrong, send the color name and where you found the value you're comparing it against (a fan deck, the brand's own site, a can label).
• A color we haven't covered. Tell us the brand and exact name or code (e.g. "Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray, HC-173"). Requests with a code get reviewed faster than requests with just a color family.
• A bug. Include the page URL, the browser you're using, and what you expected to happen instead.

For general feedback on how a review reads or whether the light-direction notes matched what you saw on your own wall, that's useful too, just email it over.
